What is UNDER FIRE™

• Under Fire is more than a book. It is a faith-based educational movement created to defend truth, strengthen biblical conviction, preserve freedom, and equip ordinary people to understand and confront the ideas reshaping our nation, our churches, our schools, and our communities.
• We are living in a time when many people sense that something is wrong but cannot always identify the beliefs, philosophies, and movements operating beneath the surface. Under Fire exists to bring those ideas into the light, examine them through the lens of Scripture, history, and reason, and provide people with the knowledge and courage to stand.
• The movement began with the book UNDER FIRE: A U.S. Marine’s Stand Against Democratic Socialism and Neo-Communism, but the vision reaches far beyond one publication. The book is the foundation of a growing platform designed to educate, equip, encourage, and mobilize believers, families, leaders, veterans, ministers, and concerned citizens.

Our Purpose

• The purpose of Under Fire is to help people recognize the spiritual, cultural, political, and ideological forces that threaten faith, freedom, personal responsibility, and constitutional government.
• Under Fire does not exist merely to criticize what is wrong. It exists to restore what is right.
• We seek to strengthen biblical literacy, historical understanding, moral courage, disciplined thinking, personal responsibility, and active citizenship. We believe that freedom cannot survive without truth, and truth cannot be separated from the moral and spiritual foundations upon which freedom was built.  Faith and freedom rise or fall together. 

The UNDER FIRE™ Movement

• Under Fire is a movement of people who are willing to learn, speak, teach, pray, serve, and stand.
• It is for those who refuse to surrender their convictions to political pressure, cultural intimidation, institutional control, or ideological deception. It calls people out of passivity and into informed, peaceful, lawful, and courageous action.
• The movement is built upon several commitments: 

1.  Defending biblical truth without compromise
2. Preserving constitutional liberty
3. Exposing destructive ideologies
4. Strengthening families, churches, and communities
5. Preparing leaders who can teach and influence others
6. Encouraging civil engagement rooted in truth and responsibility

• Under Fire is not built around anger, fear, or hatred. It is built around truth, courage, faith, discipline, and love of country and neighbor.

The UNDER FIRE™ Ecosystem

• The Under Fire ecosystem is a connected network of resources, teaching platforms, and training opportunities designed to meet people at different levels of interest and involvement.
• The Under Fire book provides the historical, political, cultural, and biblical foundation of the movement.
• The Under Fire Companion Guide helps readers study the material more deeply, reflect on key principles, examine Scripture, record observations, and apply what they are learning.
• The Under Fire Podcast brings the conversation into current events, culture, politics, faith, history, leadership, and the defense of liberty.
• The Under Fire Briefing provides focused teaching and analysis on important issues affecting the nation, the church, and the family.
• The Under Fire Academy will offer structured courses, workbooks, assessments, certificates, and advanced instruction for those who want to move beyond awareness and become effective teachers and leaders.
• The Facilitator and Master Facilitator programs will prepare qualified individuals to teach the Under Fire curriculum, lead discussions, organize groups, and multiply the mission within their own communities.
• The Under Fire Community will create a place for people to connect, learn, encourage one another, share resources, and participate in the expanding work of the movement.
• Coaching, prayer, ministry, workshops, live events, and leadership development will provide additional opportunities for personal growth and deeper involvement.

Our  Expanded  Role

• The role of Under Fire is not limited to publishing information. Our goal is to build people.
• We want to develop informed believers who can recognize deception, defend their convictions, explain what they believe, and lead with wisdom and courage.
• We want to equip parents to teach their children, ministers to strengthen their congregations, veterans to continue serving their country, educators to defend truth, and community leaders to stand against policies and ideologies that undermine freedom and responsibility.
• Under Fire will also provide a bridge between education and action. People should not merely understand the problems facing our nation. They should know what they can do in their homes, churches, schools, communities, and spheres of influence.

Our  Long-Term Vision

• The long-term vision is to establish a national network of students, readers, facilitators, teachers, ministers, veterans, and community leaders who are committed to preserving faith and freedom.
• We envision local study groups, trained facilitators, online courses, live briefings, community events, church presentations, leadership workshops, and educational resources that can be used across the country.
• The goal is multiplication.
• One informed person can influence a family.One prepared leader can strengthen a church.One trained facilitator can educate a community.One courageous generation can help preserve a nation.
• Under Fire is a call to understand the times, recover the truth, strengthen our foundations, and take our place on the front lines of faith and freedom.
